This page uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. We do not collect browsing data, we do not build visitor profiles and we do not share information with third parties.
No resources are loaded from external servers: fonts, images and scripts are served from this site. Your visit is not reported to any other company. The form's anti-spam check (ALTCHA) runs in your browser and on our server, with no cookies and no third-party services.
The only local storage used is a small technical preference in your browser, recording your chosen language and the fact that you have dismissed this notice. It contains no personal data, is never sent anywhere, and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser data.
Registrations and invitations for the event on 13 November 2026. The details entered in the forms (each attendee's name, company, the main contact's phone and email, and notes) are used solely for the management and logistics of the event: confirming the booking, sending the ticket with a QR code, managing capacity and recording admissions. They are stored in a database on this site's server, with access restricted to the organisers, and are deleted automatically within 30 days after the event. For invitations, the organisers also keep a guest list (name, email and/or mobile number and number of places), used only to confirm that bookings made through the invitation form belong to invited guests, on the basis of the organisers' legitimate interest in managing the invitations they sent; it is deleted within the same period. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box; you may withdraw it by cancelling your booking or contacting us. If you include other people, please let them know that their names are shared with us for this purpose. The data is not shared with third parties other than the hosting and email providers that process it on our behalf.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, the details you provide (name, contact and message content) will be used solely to answer your enquiry. Those channels are operated by their respective providers and subject to their own privacy policies.
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data via info@vmotoportugal.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
